When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information is sent via email around 1 PM Pacific Time for orders shipping that day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the following day.

If you do not receive tracking information by 5 PM on the day it is to ship, please check your email spam folder. If it's not in the spam folder, please contact us for more information.
