Exporting Printer Profiles

This simple guide will show you how to backup all of your custom Quality, Material, and Printer settings prior to a MatterControl reset; or if you are simply looking to transfer your settings to another computer.

First, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of your MatterControl screen and click on the [ ⋮ ] icon. Then select Export Printer, and save the .printer file to your desired location.

This .printer file contains all of your pre-set and custom Quality, Material, and Printer settings for the selected printer. You may import this saved file by following the guide here.
